Maria’s Restaurant & Cafe, Damansara Perdana

23 December 2012.
Both of us were craving for Western food.
Specifically…. pasta.
After much deliberation, we chose Maria’s after reading many blogs about this place.
Besides, it was not far from where we were.
It was quite tricky to locate Maria’s as the restaurant is on Level 3.
After reaching Metropolitan Square, look out for Citibank.
The nearest escalator and lift to Maria’s are located near Citibank.
Once you reach Level 3, just find the signboard such as above.

BF ordered Vanilla Shake (RM12.50+) while I chose Ice Lemon Tea (RM6.50+).
The Vanilla Shake was not too bad as it wasn’t too thick or has that lemakness taste.
I was pleased that my Ice Lemon Tea was made from scratch aka not instant or ready made, full of sugar type.

Garlic Bread (RM7.50+)
It was average…not crunchy enough.
NZ Roast Leg of Lamb (RM30+)
BF ordered this.
The portion was quite large.
The lamb was served with some vegetables and brown sauce.
We both love it.
The meat was so tender, so flavourful.

Another angle of the lamb with camera flash turned on.
I ordered this for myself.
Seafood Creamy Fettuccine (RM26.00+).
The pasta was cooked al dente.
It has prawns, squids, salmon and 1 mussel  😛
This dish is good and delicious.
I have no complaint about it….but maybe more mussels next time…hehe
The seafood was fresh too.

Overall, the food in Maria’s was good and we would definitely come back again.
Recommended!
By the way, they have quite a selection of wines here too.
